Stray Dogs Of War

This fellow Beauchamp is getting lots of press after typing up a tell-all expose on the horrors of war in Iraq and all the bad things he and his fellow GIs did, illegibly illegibly.

Whether these tales from the crypt are true on not is now for the special investigators to figure out.

One of the lesser crimes described was how one fellow would go out of his way to run over stray dogs with his armoured car.

What I'd like to know is how they actually managed to find any dogs, stray or otherwise in an Islamic country. But perhaps during the Saddam years dogs were free to roam unhindered.
